Anthrax Knowledge Portal(AnthraxKP) was developed based on AnthraxKG by using Web technology. Anthrax KP in this study provides rich and authentic relevant knowledge in many forms, which can help researchers carry out researches more efficiently.

Anthrax Knowledge Graph: AnthraxKG can display nodes and edges, query on nodes and edges, and traverse out hierarchical nodes and relationships, providing data export functions in CSV, JSON, and PNG formats.

Data upload: update AO and anthrax scientific literature regularly

Anthrax Ontology Data Sheet: In this module, you can browse the list of AO data; users can search and filter the data and export the data in XLSX and CSV formats.

Text Annotation: This module provides automatic annotations of entities and their corresponding relationships in the literature abstracts with different colors and displays the entity type and NCBI_ID. you only need to enter PMID, article title, or keywords in the search box to get a response.
